We price our products very competitively that's why we don't offer any discounts. But if you see the same product on any other website for lower price, please let us know. We will make every effort to match that price. We may offer some discounts for multiple unit purchases, showroom samples, scratch and dent items.
We do not install however we can recommend local installers which we may have had experience with.
MDF stands for Medium-density fiberboard. It is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibers. Often in a defibrator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure. MDF is generally denser than plywood.

Yes, all prefabricated countertops have pre-drilled faucet holes.

Yes, they are pre-sealed at the factories but we recommend you seal it every 6 months. Don't worry, sealing is very easy process; just spray the sealer on the top and wipe it with a cloth. Make sure to read the instructions on the bottle.
